[Suggestion] Are you holding too much dangerous oil?
More than half of national companies exceed hazardous material storage limits! Here is a proposal from Shinwalbutech as a countermeasure.
Until now, when it came to oil storage, we only counted the inventory in drums and cans. However, recently there has been a trend to consider the total storage amount as the inventory plus the oil inside the machines (hydraulic oil, sliding surface oil, gear oil, cutting oil). Generally, commonly used lubricants (hydraulic, bearing, sliding) and cutting oils (only oil-based) are mostly third-class petroleum products, with a storage amount equivalent to 10 drums of 2000L. Furthermore, if kerosene or hydrocarbon-based cleaning liquids are used for fuel or cleaning, the total becomes even more significant. Therefore, we would like to introduce two types of fourth-class petroleum products that triple the storage amount, as well as the 5000 series that falls under designated combustible materials with no regulations. I believe it may be difficult to understand with just a simple explanation. We have the experience and know-how, so please feel free to contact us directly by phone or email. 【Two proposals as countermeasures】 ■ Make it water-soluble ■ Non-water-soluble cutting oil ・ Fourth-class petroleum (6000 series) ・ Designated combustible materials (5000 series) *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
